ASU Parking Structure Epoxy Coating
We’re proud to spotlight our completed traffic coating installation at two Arizona State University parking structures: the Beus Garage and the Health South Garage.
Parking structures are some of the toughest environments a floor will ever face. Constant vehicle traffic, tire abrasion, oil and fluid drips, moisture moving through the slab, and relentless Arizona sun all break down standard coatings fast. When a deck coating fails, the repair means lane closures, lost parking, and recurring costs for the owner.
That’s why Techniquex installed DiamondTraffic System throughout key areas of both garages. It was built to protect the concrete and hold up to daily use for years, not months.
System Used: DiamondTraffic System
DiamondTraffic System Highlights:
- Unlimited moisture tolerance, so moisture moving up through the slab won’t cause the coating to bubble, delaminate, or fail
- Outstanding UV resistance for open-air decks exposed to full Arizona sun
- Superior abrasion resistance to stand up to constant vehicle and foot traffic
- Chemical resistance against oil, fuel, and automotive fluids
We’re grateful to the great builders at Kitchell for their partnership on this project.
When your project calls for a consistent process and proven results, Techniquex is ready to deliver.
